Sally is married to Tom and oversees the property agency activities of Killens. Sally comes from a farming family based just outside Frome and worked as a veterinary nurse prior to diverting her attention to estate agency some 20 years ago. She is well known for her determination and has extensive local knowledge and a detailed understanding of property issues.

With a decade of agency experience, Marie has a vast knowledge of residential sales, both in rural and city settings having grown up in the area and starting her career in Southwest London, working for Savills before returning to Somerset.

Lisa is well known in the local area having worked in estate agency for many years. She lives in Wells and specialises in the letting and management of rental properties. She is well known for her friendly approach.

Fliss lives locally and studied a law degree at the University of the West of England. Fliss has a wealth of experience in landlord and tenant related matters, having worked previously dealing with landlord and tenant legal disputes as a legal expense’s insurance claim handler.  Fliss has worked as an adjudicator for the deposit protection service, adjudicating landlord and tenant deposit disputes. Fliss also has a good knowledge of the legal process of buying and selling houses, having used to work in a conveyancing role for a local law firm.  Fliss always tries her best to build a good relationship with our customers (landlords and tenants) and go the extra mile.
